NGEMC accounts eligible for the Georgia Agricultural Tax Exemption (GATE) must renew their tax-exempt status each year with the State’s Department of Agriculture. Once you receive your renewed GATE Card, please be sure to share it with NGEMC by Dec. 31 in order to maintain your tax-exempt status on all applicable accounts.
